Since 1988, Dawn Chapman has been helping clients buy and sell property in Park City, Utah, earning a reputation for exceptional service, deep market knowledge, and a genuine passion for the mountain lifestyle. She has also worked extensively with custom home builders, guiding projects from lot acquisition and design to final selections.

Outside of real estate, Dawn lives an active and creative life. She’s an avid skier, hiker, and boater, a world traveler, and a proud mother and grandmother. A skilled stained glass artist, she brings creativity and precision to her work — qualities that also shine in her real estate career. She shares her home with her beloved rescue dog, Tucker, and is a dedicated community volunteer, including hospice service.
