Dawn became a Park City Realtor® in 1988 after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico. With a passion for expanding her expertise and staying ahead of industry changes, Dawn sets herself apart in the highly competitive real estate profession. She has advanced education in various specialized areas of real estate, which she uses to benefit her clients. Dawn has worked with numerous residential and investment buyers and sellers and has served as a Director for the Park City Board of Directors and as a committee member at the Park City Board of Realtors. She is also an active volunteer in the local community.

Dawn's experience includes working with custom home builders to market new construction properties. She has been involved in every step of the process, from lot acquisition to floor plan design to final selections. With her knowledge of construction and energy-efficient building, she is an asset for home sellers identifying value-adding features in existing homes that are often overlooked. Dawn was the listing agent for Echo Spur; a luxury, high-performance, and sustainable development that incorporated the latest energy efficiency strategies and green building techniques. In addition to luxury new homes, she has represented numerous residential resale homes, 1031 properties, short sales, and properties involving divorcing parties. She is dedicated to helping her clients obtain their real estate goals. Her positive attitude and pleasant demeanor make working with her an exceptional experience.

An avid outdoor enthusiast, Dawn’s passion and love of the local area are boundless. Outside of work, you can usually find Dawn hiking in the mountains with her rescue dog Tucker.
